One-of-one items
Most pieces are one of one. Please review the condition notes, measurements and photos carefully before ordering.
Return window
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if an item is materially different from its listing. Keep the item unworn and in its received condition.
Eligible issues
A return may be accepted for an undisclosed major flaw or an incorrect item. Normal vintage wear, fit preference and minor colour differences are not defects.
Process
Send your order ID and clear photos on WhatsApp. Approved returns must be dispatched using a tracked courier within two days.
Refunds & exchanges
After inspection, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Courier charges are refundable only when the item was incorrect or materially misdescribed.
